Team Lead - Central Sales Administration

Client Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Luxembourg branch of a global leader in the production of materials used for tools and moulding parts.
As Team Lead you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily workloads of the central sales administrators' regional team to achieve organisational objectives and increase sales in line with established processes and procedures. The Team Lead will strive to provide the utmost in customer care and identify any possible improvements related to both system, process, and customer service. You have the chance to work cross functionally. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and skilled leader with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team of sales administrators and ensure customer portfolio is well-handled
• Monitor and follow up on KPIs to ensure goals are being met and exceeded
• Maximize order income and sales turnover through effective team management
• Execute our Service Level Offering in line with rules and delegation of authority to maintain high-quality customer service
• Approve system customer creation requests and ensure sales org/production plant is appropriately defined
• Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals by creating a positive and supportive work environment
• Organize and delegate tasks to team members and empower them with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Contribute to the growth of the company
• Identify system and workflow improvements
• Escalate service bottlenecks to the level of the Customer Service and Administration Manager
• Work closely with stakeholders, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
• Occasionally visit customers as part of the order fulfillment process
• Validate SAP testing (PSQ) prior to PSP introduction to ensure accuracy and quality
Candidate Profile:
• At least 5 years of demonstrated excellent customer service experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization
• Languages: German and English, French and other European Languages are considered a strong advantage
