Reuben Cohen is the Managing Director, North America for LHH’s globally distinct executive career advisory practice, ICEO.
Under his leadership, ICEO has brought together a best-in-class team of advisors, experts, and practice leaders, enjoying considerable growth, highly satisfied clients, and a loyal following.
Reuben and his team work as trusted advisors to executives, guiding them through career inflection points. His thoughtful and creative coaching style brings new perspectives and opportunities into focus. Reuben cultivates relationships for the long term. His prior banking experience in New York and London, including serving as a Managing Director at a leading firm, provided Reuben a foundation for understanding the needs of senior leaders as well as what it looks like to reimagine and reinvent a career.
He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an AB from Brown University.
