Biography
Frances has run the ICEO practice for many years and is also a member of the LHH UK & Ireland Executive Team and LHH Sports Solutions. The ICEO practice – formerly known as the Senior Directors Unit at Penna prior to the acquisition of Penna Plc by LHH Adecco in 2016 – was established over 20 years ago and has helped thousands of senior leaders in transition and retirement. The practice is known for its thriving international alumni and influential friend group across a variety of sectors and functions.
During her earlier career with Penna, Frances held a number of Board roles, from Group International Director to Managing Director/CEO of the career transition business. She was a main Board PLC Director of the listed business and an ExCo member until the sale.
Frances has held a number of non-executive roles outside the group in the financial, charitable and educational sector and has commented on senior executive issues on radio, television and in the national and specialist press. Her early career was spent in retail and consumer goods in buying, marketing and general management roles.
Outside work she is a keen runner having completed numerous half marathons and marathons around the globe.
