Biography
Christophe Touton is ICEO’s Managing Director for European Markets, where he leads the practice in driving growth and delivering the highest quality of services to client executives. He brings to the ICEO practice nearly two decades of C-Level executive and general management experience in human resources, recruiting, and the technology and services industries and has successfully supported clients in international executive leadership programs.
Prior to joining LHH, Christophe was an Executive Search Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, Zurich, in their Global Technology and Services and Digital Practices. Earlier he was Executive Director at the leading executive education institute, IMD Lausanne and Singapore, where he led international market and client development operations and worked closely with the Digital Business Transformation Center and its innovative and agile ecosystem.
His senior management experience also includes more than two decades in the technology sector, as CEO & Country General Manager at CEE in Switzerland and Austria, and in international marketing and sales management positions with Xerox Corp.
Christophe is member of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce and of the Swiss Economic Forum and other associations and advisory boards. He is a Professor at the Business School Lausanne, where he delivers the “Empower Your Future” program for MBA/EMBA students.
He holds a Master’s in Business Law from the University of Bordeaux/France and an MBA from IAE France and has participated in executive programs at INSEAD and IMD. Christophe is fluent in French, English, and German.
