Biography
Anne-Caroline is the Managing Director and Practice Leader for ICEO in France, where she launched and has grown this premier career consultancy service for top global business executives and organizations. She brings to ICEO her extensive experience as a coach and highly committed leader who has successfully led multicultural sales teams in complex, international and matrix environments in the IT industry.
As a certified coach since 2013, Anne-Caroline has coached executives throughout their careers in facing a broad range of internal and external opportunities and challenges. These include transitions to new corporate and non-corporate roles as well as international mobility and promotions to executive committees, C-level, and board roles. She brings to her clients her strong business acumen, strategic vision, interpersonal sensitivity, insights, and agility with strategic networks.
Earlier in her career, Anne-Caroline worked for 15 years at Oracle as EMEA Sales HCM Director, and France Sales Director.
Anne-Caroline graduated from the Grenoble School of Business. She earned a Master in HR at Newcastle University, a Cranfield Exec Program degree at IESE Business School as well as an Executive Education degree at HEC Paris.
She is involved in several associations where she provides advice and counsel to others in making meaningful connections. She is fond of horseback riding and other sports such as tennis and running and is fluent in French and English.
