Alexis joined LHH in 2018 taking up the position of Executive Search Practice Director for LHH RS in France, advising executives and top-level managers on the conduct of mandates, with a strong emphasis on Comex and CoDir.
Alexis has worked in the executive search industry for more than twenty years having begun his career in an operational role, before working at a leading Anglo-Saxon headhunting firm to develop its real estate and industrial divisions. Prior to joining LHH, Alexis was a Senior Director at the international headhunting firm, Hudson, where he led the real estate, industrial, purchasing and supply-chain divisions.
With a keen understanding of both complex and technical environments, Alexis’ strengths lie in developing exceptional and transparent relationships partners and clients alike. Alexis operates from France and is fluent in French and English.
