Aurélie Feld

Aurélie Feld is the Country President for LHH France and Luxembourg and a member of the LHH Executive Leadership team. She is also a member of the Adecco Group's Executive Committee in France. Prior to her tenure at LHH, she led most of her career to date in the professional services sector, initially as a corporate lawyer at Cleary and Skadden in New York and Paris, and then in management consulting at McKinsey & Company. From 2010 - 2020, her roles included Deputy General Manager at PlaNet Finance, Chief of Staff to the President of Lefebvre Sarrut, and President of CSP - The Art of Training (a subsidiary of Lefebvre-Sarrut). Aurélie is a committed and passionate leader who expresses her talent in contexts of high change and uncertainty, whether it is growth or transformation. Convinced that transparency, collaboration, courage and trust are essential elements for the success of a strategic project, she aspires to nurture a culture in her teams that allows these values to be fully expressed. Aurélie graduated from Cornell Law School (LLM, ‘01) and Panthéon-Assas Paris II University (DESS in European business law, ‘99). She received the Great Leader Award from Great Place to Work France in 2019 for her leadership at CSP and the KPMG-EIM 100 Days Award in 2023 in the Onboarding category for her role at the helm of LHH. She is a mentor with Article 1, a European non-profit.
